Cancel recurring membership
Recurring PayPal memberships can be cancelled from your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access normally remains available until the end of the paid period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access a paid membership because of a technical issue, email support@gulfhomeusa.com within 14 days. Include the account email, payment date, and PayPal transaction ID.
Digital access
Because membership provides immediate digital access, completed paid periods are normally not refundable after access has been used. Each request is reviewed fairly based on the circumstances and applicable law.
PayPal disputes
Please contact us first so we can review the issue quickly. You may also use PayPal’s resolution process where available.
